Richton Park—(ENEWSPF)–March 28, 2012– Matteson District 162 Superintendent, Dr. Blondean Davis, who doubles as volunteer CEO of Southland College Prep Charter High School, is on her own personal run of “March Madness.”
This month, she’s served as Honorary Chairperson for a United Negro College Fund benefit, a group she’s helped raise more than $10 million since 1993; named “Outstanding Woman of the Year” by Iota Phi Lambda Sorority’ s Central Region, the first African-American Greek-lettered business sorority; and today is named an “Outstanding Woman in Education at the Women’s History Month Celebration hosted by Cook County Circuit Court Clerk Dorothy Brown.
