Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—Editor’s Note: We continue our reporting on news from police reports. Besides covering the many stories from around Park Forest that otherwise might go unnoticed, we want to bring more complete coverage of police reports than is reported by other local media.

A door to a residence in the 200 block of Hickory St. was forced open. According to a police report, the victims heard a loud noise during the night. When they investigated, they found the front door open as if it had been kicked in, the report stated. The report also stated the victims said nobody entered the home.
Two guns, ammunition and costume jewelry were stolen from a residence June 4 in the 400 block of Winnebago. According to a police report, the victim told police that it appeared that a burglar came into the home through a bathroom window.
Judy Barker-Neal, 24, 2123 N. 45th St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following the June 4 recovery of a vehicle that was reported stolen by Avis Car Rental in Wisconsin. The vehicle was recovered in the 3500 block of Western Avenue, police said.
Two televisions, other electronics and clothing were stolen June 9 from a home in the 300 block of Waldmann Drive. According to a police report, the person living at the residence returned home that day to find his garage door and front door open. The report indicated there appeared to be no signs of forced entry.
A gold and diamond ring were stolen June 9 from a home in the 400 block of Indianwood Boulevard. According to a police report, the victim told police he was just moving into the residence and he suspects the ring was stolen while receiving a delivery.
