Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Residents from Park Forest, IL, and beyond party in the Village Green to the tunes of BBI Productions. Based in neighboring Chicago Heights, BBI has helped Park Forest residents move and groove for several years.
The heat topped the 100 degree mark, according to Weather Underground, which reported a sizzling 101.6° F for Park Forest shortly after 6:00 p.m.
How are locals dealing with the heat and humidity? "Staying inside the aircontitioning," said Barb Anderson of Crete."
The evening's festivities culminated with fireworks, which this year went off from Rich East High School due to the Orchard Drive reconstruction project.
