Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- To avoid traffic headaches, Park Forest residents and others using North Street should observe the following for Monday, August 27:

North Street is Closed between N. Orchard Drive and Holly Street. West bound traffic from Western Avenue will be detoured South on Holly Street. Westbound traffic will have to use Orchard Drive detour on Western to Main Street. North Street West of N. Orchard Drive will be open. Traffic going East on North Street from Ludeman Center will have to go North on Orchard.

Closure should only be through Monday evening, according to village officials.
