Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Park Forest Police Department are offering a $1,000.00 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offender or offenders in the August 19, 2015, shooting death of Deshaun "Wilt" Harris.

The statement from the PFPD follows:

"The Park Forest Police Department Investigations Unit, in conjunction with the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force, is investigating the homicide of Deshaun Harris, age 24, of Homewood.

"Mr. Harris was shot while standing outside of a home on the 200 block of Allegheny St. on Wednesday, August 19th, 2015, around 9:00 pm. The shots came from a vehicle that was driving on Allegheny St.

"The Park Forest Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction against the offender(s) in this case.

"Anyone with information is urged to call the Park Forest Police Department Investigations Unit at (708) 748-1309."
