New TV Ad: Three Different IL Districts but One Misguided Voting Record

SEIU Unveils Major Spending Initiative in Chicagoland House Races

Chicago, IL --(ENEWSPF)--October 9, 2012.  Today the Illinois members of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) announced a large and aggressive new ad on in the Chicago broadcast television market. SEIU will partner with House Majority PAC to air the new ad, "Tired," as the two groups have done in races throughout the election cycle.

The ad takes advantages of the voting similarities of three Chicago-area extremist Tea Party Republican members of Congress to underscore how the outlandish rhetoric of one cannot hide the record they all share.

The ad targeting Joe Walsh, Judy Biggert and Bob Dold will run in heavy rotation for two weeks.

"Tired" is available here: http://youtu.be/aEI6TIbQKzU.

Script -

ANNCR: Who's hiding behind Joe Walsh's loud talk?

Walsh: "Don't blame banks... I am tired of hearing that [bleep]!"

ANNCR: Judy Biggert and Bob Dold voted with Walsh against mortgage relief and to give tax cuts to millionaires.

Walsh: "I want America to pay for my contraceptives! You're kidding me! Go get a job!"

ANNCR: Dold and Biggert voted with Walsh against affordable contraceptives and cancer screenings.

Walsh: "I am tired of hearing that [bleep]!"

ANNCR: We are, too. But Biggert and Dold like it just fine.
