Background: At the Saturday Financial Review of October 27, 2012, the Village Board discussed with staff the possibility of moving from bi-monthly water bills to monthly water bills. Which would you prefer? Would the added $0.50 per month (necessary to pay for an added meter reader and monthly processing) make it easier for you to budget water payment? Or would you prefer to remain with bi-monthly billing?
