Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Thursday, January 31, 2008 is the last day for early voting in the February 5 Illinois Primary.
Village Hall serves as one of 44 sites in Cook County and one of 28 sites in Will County where registered voters can participate.
Any registered voter is eligible to take part in early voting, which differs from absentee voting in that voters do not need to provide an excuse to participate. Those wishing to avoid lines on February 5th, plan on being out of town or simply want to take advantage of the early voting opportunity can do so until January 31st.
Registered voters will need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport to cast their ballot. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Will County voters can vote until 4:30 p.m.
Any Cook County registered voter is eligible to take part in early voting at Village Hall.
Only Park Forest residents of Will County may vote early at Village Hall.
