OREGON–(ENEWSPF)–August 28, 2012.  It doesn’t take a genius to recognize that regulating marijuana like alcohol makes sense. But it certainly doesn’t hurt when more than 100 of them publicly acknowledge it.

We’re proud to announce the endorsement of 100+ college professors from across Colorado and around the nation. These members of the academic community represent various fields of study, including economics, law, and public health, and they all agree: marijuana prohibition has failed, and Amendment 64 presents a sensible alternative.

Click here to read and share the endorsement letter and the impressive list of professors who signed on in support of Amendment 64.

This collective endorsement affirms our position that marijuana prohibition is an ineffective and costly program that does not work, and that the evidence in favor of regulating marijuana like alcohol is simply overwhelming.

After you read the letter and look over the endorsements, please share this news on Facebook and Twitter. Make sure your friends and family know that when it comes to Amendment 64, some of the smartest people in Colorado and around the nation are on our side.
