It’s Not Too Late to Register for Spring Courses at Prairie State College

CHICAGO HEIGHTS–(ENEWSPF)–February 2, 2016.  There is still time to register for spring semester courses at Prairie State College. Busy work schedules, family obligations, and changing life situations can make it difficult to start college classes at the beginning of the semester. For those who were unable to begin classes in January, PSC offers many courses beginning Feb. 12.

These courses have longer class times to compensate for their abbreviated schedule, and cover the same amount of material as the 16-week courses. The courses also offer the same number of credits as the 16-week courses, and satisfy the same requirements for students working toward a degree or certificate.

Students should register for courses as soon as possible because availability is limited. Registration is ongoing and will continue until the courses begin or are filled.

Courses offered include daytime, evening and online options in various subjects, including art, English, humanities, music, psychology and sociology. Out-of-district tuition rates do not apply to online courses.

New students can begin the registration process at prairiestate.edu/start. Current students can register online via WebAdvisor. For more information, call (708) 709-3500.
