CHICAGO HEIGHTS–(ENEWSPF)–December 3, 2016. Surface Design Association – Illinois (SDA-IL) will be having their meeting on Sunday, December 4 from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.at Union Street Gallery,1527 Otto Blvd. in Chicago Heights.
Ausrine Kerr, Ausrine’s Arts Room of Evanston, will be providing a demonstration duing the meeting. The demonstration will show the making of a felted jewelry piece (feel free to take pictures *no flash please* and take notes). As usual, they will have a Show & Tell and the meeting will be potluck (so bring a piece of your art, finished or unfinished, and a snack to pass around).
This is a great group to get to know if you work with fibers, wearable art, etc. OR if you would like to learn more about surface design in general. The meeting is open to all who are interested.
