CHICAGO—(ENEWSPF)—August 14, 2017. The interfaith community of Chicago is gathering prayerfully in solidarity with the people of Charlottesville – and all those who courageously resist the white supremacist racism that grips our country. The gathering will take place on Monday, August 14 beginning at noon at the Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn in downtown Chicago.

Our gathering will summon the most sacred elements of our common faith traditions:

–to proclaim the transformative power of love,
– to stand with the oppressed,
– to fight for the liberation of all.
