Tuesday, July 15 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room

Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The Village of Park Forest is conducting a Strategic Planning Study to examine key areas within the community and to prepare plans for future development within those areas. Members of the public are invited to review and comment on the Draft Strategic Planning Policies and Preferred Concepts that have been developed for each of the key areas. There will be an opportunity to meet the professional consultants and participate in the next step of the planning process.

The Community Workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 350 Victory Drive in DownTown Park Forest.

The Draft Strategic Planning Policies and Preferred Concepts for each of the key areas are available here (9.5 MB). A copy of that document is also available at the Park Forest Public Library, 400 Lakewood Boulevard.
