Free Leadership Dialogue at Governors State University


University Park, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The true story of how Eleanor Roosevelt overcame the psychological burden of a critical mother, a domineering mother-in-law, and a philandering husband to become the most influential first lady in history is discussed at a Leadership Dialogue at Governors State University.

“Leadership the Eleanor Roosevelt Way: Timeless Strategies from the First Lady of Courage”will be lead by Dr. Judith Everson, on March 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Hall of Governors. There is no charge to participate. Participants are asked to read the book by the same title by Robin Gerber or be familiar with the topic. Lunch is provided. Pre-registration is required. The Leadership Dialogue series sponsored by the Metropolitan Institute for Leadership in Education (MILE) at Governors State University is designed to develop an understanding what drives leaders to succeed.
