University Park, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Governors State University’s Physical Therapy Department will host an open house for individuals interested in learning more about the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (t-DPT) degree programs on Tuesday, June 16, from 4 to 7 p.m., in room D-34000.
The DPT is an entry-level degree that requires prerequisite course work and a bachelor’s degree in any major. The t-DPT program is considered a post-professional clinical degree designed for licensed physical therapists. Both degree programs are offered through the university’s College of Health and Human Services. Advisors will be available to meet with students who are interested in either program.
