Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—October 23, 2014. The Village of Park Forest is working with neighboring communities to create an Illinois Enterprise Zone. The proposed zone would be called the Will-Cook Enterprise Zone and would include commercial and industrial properties within the municipalities of Matteson, Monee, Park Forest, Richton Park, and University Park.

A public meeting will take place regarding the Will-Cook Enterprise Zone with discussion of local plans, tax incentives and other programs to be established in relation to an Enterprise Zone. The public meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29^th at the Matteson Community Center 20642 Matteson Avenue. Residents are encouraged to attend.
