Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—May 29, 2011. The warmer weather has finally arrived, which means now is the time to make sure your membership card to the Park Forest Aqua Center is ready for multiple swipes this summer. Opening day is Saturday, June 4, from noon to 7 p.m.
With a season pass, you can take a dip as many times as you’d like this summer season for only $50! Daily passes are $10. Not familiar with all the features of the summer favorite Park Forest Aqua Center? Here are just some of them:
- Enjoy the beach right here in Park Forest when you take a stroll into the zero depth pool.
- For adventure-seeking kids, dare to climb to the top of the AquaClimb or take a plunge from the Drop Slide.
- Looking for a larger slide? How about 160-feet? Zoom down the towering slide at the Aqua Center and go right back up without the long wait of most water parks!
- For non-swimmers, there’s plenty of shallow water and special water play equipment – making the Aqua Center a great place for the little ones.
- For the energetic athlete, enjoy a game of volleyball on the sand court!
- The Aqua Center also features a new bathhouse and concession stand, turf, sun, decks and beautifully landscaped wood decks.
