Recognition will take place prior to Village Board’s regular meeting
Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Janet Fiorenzo, owner and operator of Tower Cleaners in Downtown Park Forest, will be honored as Park Forest Business Person of the Year in cermonies at Village Hall beginning at 7 p.m. on November 23.
The award is presented by the Park Forest Economic Development Advisory group (EDAG). Ms. Fiorenzo, who owns Tower Cleaners with her husband, Terry, has been an ardent supporter of increased business activity in our community.
Tower Cleaners originally was located in the strip mall at the interection of Orchard Drive and Blackhawk Road. When the owner of that complex decided to eliminate all business activity there, the Fiorenzos decided to re-locate their business to its present site on Forest Boulevard at the eastern edge of the Downtown Park Forest shopping area.
The ceremony will be held in the Board Room immediately prior to the Village Board’s scheduled Rules Committee Meeting and Regular Board Meeting.
