Scrabble Tournament Registration Now Taking Place
Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—September 7, 2012. The Park Forest Public Library, 400 Lakewood Blvd., is hosting a Scrabble tournament for ages 12 and up on November 3 – 4. Players will compete for prizes and bragging rights in two age categories, 12 – 17 and 18 and up.
To make this a special event, the Library will use the custom made Scrabble table for the final games of the tournament. This table was made possible with donations from the family and friends of Stephanie Fisher, an avid Scrabble player.
The event is free and open to the public but registration is required no later than October 15. You can register in person at the Library, or by calingl 708-748-3731 extension 15, or online at www.pfpl.org.
