Photographer Bob Moffitt to present “Star Trails Through the Sky”
Matteson, IL–(ENEWSPF)–November 2, 2012. The Sauk-Calumet Group of the Illinois Sierra Club will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, November 12, at 7:15 p.m. at the Olympia Fields Village Hall, 20701 Governor’s Highway; just go East on 207th St. from Governor’s Highway and look for an entrance on the left.
The program this month will be on “Star Trails Through the Night Sky.” Photographer Bob Moffitt will show his time lapse movies and photos of star trails through the moonlit night sky that were taken during numerous trips to Arches National Park and other southwest locations.
Sierra Club meetings are free and open to the public. People who enjoy outdoor activities, or who want to protect the environment, or who wish to preserve the world in which we live, are encouraged to attend.
