The Village of Park Forest’s Economic Development and Planning Department will host the Southland Small Business Networking Mix on Friday, May 18 at Dining on the Green Banquet Hall, 349 Main Street in DownTown Park Forest (View Map). The event is open to all small business people. A complimentary full breakfast will be provided.

Event takes place from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Free breakfast buffet and informal networking starts 7:45 a.m. to 8:25 a.m.
- Activities start at 8:25 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
Dr. Johnnie Thomas, Superintendent of Rich Township High School District 227, will give a brief presentation on building relationships with employers and ways high school students can add value to your business.
There will also be several interactive activities including speed networking. Small giveaways will be handed out activity winners. In addition, the person who brings the most guests will win a $50 VISA card.
