Tall Grass Arts Association Announces Summer 2011 Film Series


Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—May 12, 2011. Tall Grass Arts Association is currently selling tickets for its Summer 2011 Film Series. This event is the only film discussion series in the South Suburban area. All films are followed with a discussion facilitated by a guest speaker.

The films being shown are:

  • “All Good Things,” a love story and murder mystery set against the backdrop of a New York real estate dynasty in the 1980’s will be shown on May 15.
  • “I Am Love,” a love story set at the turn of the millennium in Milan starring Academy Award winner Tilda Swinton will be shown on June 12.
  • “Made in Dagenham,” which tells the story of wage inequality in the workplace will be shown on July 10.
  • “Welcome to the Riley,” a family drama about the impact of the death of a child on one’s marriage will be shown on August 14.

All movies will be shown at the Marcus Theatre, 1301 Hilltop Avenue, Chicago Heights, and will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The cost for a series of four tickets is $26.00. Individual tickets can be purchased at the Box office for $9.00 per film.

Subscription tickets are currently on sale at the Tall Grass Gallery, 367 Artists Walk, Park Forest. Subscription tickets may also be purchased on opening night, May 15 in the lobby of the Marcus Theatre.
