Starting the October, individuals, families and small business owners will be able to visit ‘Get Covered Illinois: The Official Health marketplace’ to find the health insurance plan that’s right for them Having health insurance means being there for your family when they need you. The Marketplace will connect Illinoisans with plans that cover important benefits like doctor visits, hospital stays, prescriptions and more, as well as preventive care at no cost. Most people will get help paying for their health plan, and many may be eligible for low-cost or free coverage.

If you enroll in a plan by December 15, 2013, coverage kicks in on January 1, 2014.

At this workshop you will learn more about:

What the Marketplace is and how it applies to you;
