The topic of discussion will be ‘The Alexander Technique’ presented by Adeline Anderson. . ‘The Alexander Technique’ is an educational method, used over 100 years that teaches how to change faulty postural habits, enabling improved mobility, posture, and performance with relief of pain, chronic stiffness, tension and stress.
