Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Among the items Village Manager covered in his report to the Village Board Monday is a job fair that will take place on March 6 at the Richton Park Community Center. The event is taking place courtesy OAI, Inc., the CSEDC, and Congresswoman Robin Kelly’s office.

Two officers from the Park Forest Police Department were also promoted at Monday’s meeting, sworn into their new offices.

Commander Todd Beilke (above – right) and Sergeant Paul Morache (above – left) took the oath of office for their new ranks. They are pictured with Chief Christopher Mannino.

Commander Beilke is one of only a few personnel currently with the department to have served in the Patrol Division, Investigations Division, and Administrative Division, and has over 20 years of law enforcement experience. He is also the department’s Field Training Coordinator.

Sergeant Morache is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Administration and has 18 years of law enforcement experience, much of that in an investigative role. Both were transplants from other agencies before significant tenure at the Park Forest Police Department.

“We’re lucky to have both of them,” Chief Mannino said in a Facebook post.
