Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Village of Park Forest will be placing a referendum on the March 20, 2012 ballot. The purpose is to seek lower energy quotes for residents’ electric bills. The Village would aggregate resident and small business electric accounts to get competitive bids for lower prices.
