South Suburbs, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Hospice patients residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities need new friends. Patients are waiting for volunteers to visit them on a weekly basis.
Patients have long days and are in need of visitors who can read to them, play cards, watch tv and are good listeners.
"There are patients in nursing homes who need visitors. Do you have time on your hands and want to give back?" asks Linda Daniels, Volunteer Coordinator for Harbor Light Hospice, "Call 630-942-0100 and I will explain the volunteer program. I will come to your location. Thank you for your kindness."
