Congressional Candidate Benjamin Thomas Wolf is on the offensive about Holocaust denial comments from Arthur Jones, another congressional candidate in the state of Illinois. Wolf, a former FBI National Security official, US Diplomat, and Chicago professor has some strong words for Arthur Jones.

“My grandfather landed on Omaha Beach and fought the Nazis during World War II.  Sixty years later, I’m proud to continue fighting them in Chicago,” Wolf said.  “I’m running for the United States Congress to fight against people like our President and candidates like Arthur Jones.  They lie to the public while endorsing hatred and divisive ideology.  I will never tolerate this behavior.  It’s time for me, as an American, as a father and as a leader in my community to stop talking and start fighting”.

Wolf, who identifies as culturally Jewish, considers this a mechanism of standing up for his family and community. No stranger to danger or conflict, Wolf has served multiple assignments in war zones such as Iraq and conflict zones throughout Africa and the Middle East.  He has been given awards for bravery and saving the lives of Americans overseas. The Wolf family has a long history of public and military service.

“I will always stand up against hatred and bigotry. There is no place in our society for Holocaust deniers or people that openly dress in Nazi regalia,” Wolf said.

Benjamin Thomas Wolf, former F.B.I. National Security Official, U.S. Diplomat, and college professor, is running in the March 2018 Democratic Primary Election for the Fifth Congressional District of Illinois.
