Matteson, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The Matteson Business Association is hosting a seminar on Doing Business with the Government at the Matteson Holiday Inn. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Matteson Holiday Inn 500 Holiday Plaza Drive, Matteson, Illinois, 60443.
Anyone interested in becoming involved with government acquisition is typically overwhelmed with the size and complexity of the task ahead. This seminar, Doing Business with the Government, will discuss qualifications, the ins-and-outs of methods for selecting sources, how to find contract opportunities, building more & better responsive proposals, navigation of the negotiations & award process, contract management, and closeout or reacquisition.
The presenters will be Henry W. Washington of H.A. Enterprises and Richard J. Hernandez of E-MBE.net, both of whom have over 25 years of experience with small business development and minority based businesses.
