Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Shall we call these the "Dog Days of Winter?" Perhaps "Winter Doldrums" would be more accurate.
Call it what you will, the snow is so beautiful, but it gets harder to weather through February, for some reason.
Expect more of the white stuff early next week, WBBM reports. The National Weather Service predicts a 20 percent chance of snow Monday and a 30 percent chance Monday night. That jumps to 40 percent Tuesday, and possible snowfall is forecast for Wednesday as well.
Temperatures are expected to top out in the low 20s Monday through Wednesday.
