Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Told today that no one had sat yet in the new chairs in the remodeled Park Forest Police Department lobby, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to relax a bit while waiting for this week’s reports.
The lobby and more in the station was remodeled thanks to drug seizure money and some smart budgeting.
Brighter and, perhaps, a bit more welcoming, the two lights on either side of the records window say "Police." Yet to arrive? We are told that a mannequin dressed in an old-style PFPD uniform will soon grace a corner of the lobby.
