Springfield, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Rich Miller at The Capitol Fax blog reports, "The House Democrats’ ‘budgeteer’ told reporters this evening that he believes there is a passable income tax deal on the table."
According to Miller, "The proposal would raise personal income tax by 2 points, rather than the 2.25 points in the earlier version. The corporate income tax hike would be cut in half."
