CHICAGO—(ENEWSPF)—May 30, 2015. Mark Davis, spokesperson for Union Pacific Railroad issued the following statement regarding the lawsuit/injunction filed today by Attorney General Lisa Madigan:
“Union Pacific Railroad’s environmental remediation team has been working since the incident occurred on May 2. Union Pacific makes it a priority to be good stewards of the environment and as we have been since the incident, we will continue to work with all appropriate federal and state environmental agencies.”
