League of Women Voters Annual Potluck Kicks Off Season
The League of Women Voters of the Park Forest Area will hold its annual potluck dinner Monday September 5 at the home of Marge Friedman-Scherr, 33 Monee Road, Park Forest, at 6:00 pm. Each member is asked to bring a dish to share, as well as a friend or two. The featured speaker will be Dr Elaine P Maimon, the new president of Governors State University.
Everyone interested in the League is invited to this event which kicks off the League’s season!
