Chicago Heights, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Marian Catholic High School Science teacher Bill Feimer displays his “Physics Graffiti” that students created by brainstorming.

What is Physics Graffiti? According to Feimer, it’s something that just happened when students were reviewing for the school’s upcoming final exams, "To keep it short and to the point. We were reviewing for the first semester physics exam, and I got the idea to have the class brainstorm all of the things that they thought that they should review for the final. Students were encouraged to come to to the board and share their ideas. By the time we were finished we had all of the important points written, but there was so much on the board that it looked like a wall of physics graffiti. The students were very proud that they had remembered so much of the subject matter. Wanting to capture the image for future reference, I asked [Associate Athletic Director] Kevin [Kelly], if he had time, would he take a picture of it. I had no idea that it would be news worthy."

"I am always looking for creative, new ways to make the ordinary special," Feimer says.

Feimer is a resident of Park Forest.
