Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Police Chief Thomas Fleming signed a complaint on behalf of a victim of domestic battery Monday.
Chief Thomas Fleming, standing outside the police station, observed and attempted to stop a male subject, later identified as Kevin C. Herbin, allegedly battering a female subject in the vicinity of Forest Boulevard and Court F-2. Officers arrived on the scene and took Herbin into custody. The victim declined to sign complaints against Herbin. Chief Fleming witnessed the alleged domestic battery, according to the report, and signed the complaint.
Kevin C. Herbin, 20, 223 Forest Blvd., Park Forest, was arrested on August 13 and charged with one count of domestic battery.
