WASHINGTON, D.C.—(ENEWSPF)—January 8, 2010. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Name of Product: Home Improvement Books

Units: About 951,000

Publisher: Oxmoor House, Inc., of Birmingham, Ala.

Hazard: The books contain errors in the technical diagrams and wiring instructions that could lead consumers to incorrectly install or repair electrical wiring, posing an electrical shock or fire hazard to consumers.

Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
