Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The Park Forest Health Department located in the lower level of Village Hall (350 Victory Drive) now has a limited supply of H1N1 vaccines available. H1N1 vaccines will be given by appointment only on Mondays and Fridays while supplies last. The fee for the vaccine is $15 and must be paid in cash at the time the vaccine is given. Medicare will be accepted and Medicaid accepted for those 6 months through 18 years of age.
