Illinois Supreme Court Rules Emanuel May Run for Chicago Mayor

Springfield, IL–(ENEWSPF)–January 27, 2011.  The Illinois Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that Rahm Emanuel is indeed a resident of Chicago and can run for mayor.
