Governors State University to Host Information Session on Coursework to Boost Careers on October 28


University Park, IL –(ENEWSPF)—October 15, 2014. Governors State University (GSU) is hosting an information open house on the Master in Public Administration and Master in Political and Justice Studies joint degree program offered in Chicago. GSU representatives will be available between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28 at the James R. Thompson Center, Room 2-025, 100 West Randolph St., Chicago. The session is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring official or unofficial transcripts for initial review.

The joint graduate studies program in Public Administration and Political and Justice Studies prepares students for careers in a variety of fields including leadership positions in the public and non-profit sectors and continued graduate studies.  The program enhances credentials and develops the skills and knowledge demanded in leadership positions.

Classes are held in the evening and taught by industry leaders. The programs are fully accredited. Special incentives are available for veterans.
