Rockford, IL-(ENEWSPF)- A Rockford, Illinois man was sentenced February 7 in federal court on drug conspiracy charges. Steven T. McDowell, 38, of Rockford, also known as “Ty,” was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Frederick J.
