Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Editor’s Note: These police reports bring us through December 26, 2018. We are getting back up to speed after the holidays and expect to publish reports through December 31 tomorrow. Charges for those cited in this time period include incidences alleging domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one incident that, in part, involved an alleged fork stabbing.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Javon D. Patterson, 38, 14544 Clinton St., Harvey, was arrested on December 18 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police responded to the 200 block of Arcadia Street in reference to a report of a possible armed robbery.
When police arrived, they spoke with a woman who said that a man allegedly pulled out a gun and took money from another woman at an address in that block of Arcadia Street. Police secured that residence and spoke with the alleged victim who said that she had been residing at that address for approximately two weeks with her friend. She said she rents a room from a man she knows as Javon Patterson, according to police.
The day before, she said she did a job for one of Mr. Patterson’s friends, essentially going to a store in Chicago and dropping off several prescriptions for which she got paid $100. When she returned to the residence on Arcadia Street the previous night, she gave Mr. Patterson $40, according to the report. She told police that Mr. Patterson thought she had gotten more money but she advised him that she did not.
She said that on the date police were called, December 18, Mr. Patterson allegedly came into her bedroom at approximately 8 AM, woke her up and allegedly told her to give him the rest of the money that she got paid the night before. She said she told him that she only received $100 and that she had already given him $40. She said Mr. Patterson allegedly became upset and told her to pack her belongings and get out of his house.
She said she went upstairs to one of the bedrooms and began to pack her stuff to leave. While she was gathering her stuff, she said police Mr. Patterson came upstairs and allegedly pointed a small black handgun at her and demanded the rest of the money. She said she gave him approximately $16 and told him that was all she had. He then allegedly told her to get out and went back downstairs.
According to the report, the woman’s friend also witnessed Mr. Patterson allegedly threatened the alleged victim with a gun, according to police.
While inside the residence, police located and identified Mr. Patterson. He was placed under arrest.
Domestic Battery
Nicholas L. Johnson, 33, 321 Miami St., Park Forest, was arrested on December 22 and charged with one count of domestic battery after police responded to the 300
According to police, Mr. Johnson allegedly grabbed a woman by her neck with one hand and pushed her into a wall.
Police took another man in the house,
Police took Mr. Stone into custody and transported him to the Park Forest Police Department. Police took Mr. Johnson into custody on suspicion of domestic battery.
Domestic Battery
Andre M. Joyce, 43, 322 Winnebago St., Park Forest, was arrested on December 22 and charged with one count of domestic battery after police were dispatched to the 300
The alleged victim requested an ambulance for facial injuries and was waiting in the driveway. According to police, the alleged victim was sitting upright in the driveway and bleeding noticeably from his nose.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and assessed the alleged victim for injuries. Police located Mr. Joyce inside the home and observed a fresh laceration on the knuckle of Mr. Joyce’s right pointer finger, according to police.
Police took Mr. Joyce into custody and processed him on one count of domestic battery. He was placed into a cell awaiting transport to Markham Courthouse for a bond hearing, according to police.
Domestic Battery: Alleged Fork Stabbing
Lynda S. Hall, 36, 324 Herndon St., Park Forest, was arrested on December 26 and charged with domestic battery and assault after police responded to the first block of Indianwood Boulevard at 12:23 AM to investigate a report of a disturbance.
Danielle L. Humphrey, 22, 7 Olympic Village #1D, Chicago Heights, was also arrested and charged with criminal damage to property.
When police arrived, there were approximately 8 to 10 individuals yelling claiming to be alleged victims, according to police. Police spoke with one woman who said that her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend, Lynda Hall, allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in his left arm with a fork, according to police.
According to the report, the alleged victim went to Ms. Hall’s residence to speak with her. Ms. Hall came out her side door with a two-pronged carving fork and allegedly stabbed the alleged victim in the left forearm, according to police.
The alleged victim said that he left Ms. Hall’s home and returned to his home in the first block of Indianwood Boulevard where his girlfriend cleaned up his stab wound, according to police.
He then got into his vehicle and was preparing to leave to return to work when Danielle L. Humphrey, driving a green van, allegedly pulled up behind his vehicle and blocked him in. Once he was blocked in, Ms. Humphrey allegedly exited her van and struck the front of his vehicle on the hood with a chrome four-way tire iron, denting the hood of the vehicle, according to police.
People from his home came outside to see what was going on, according to police. The alleged victim said that Ms. Humphrey drove over the curb onto and was allegedly attempting to run over the people on the grass.
