Chemical Levels Found to Be Higher in Children from Low Income Families

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–August 19, 2011.   Children from disadvantaged backgrounds are exposed to higher levels of a slew of environmental chemicals – some currently used and some long banned – than U.S. children from other socioeconomic backgrounds, finds a study of elementary school children from urban Minneapolis, Minn.
