CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–January 17, 2014. Mayor Rahm Emanuel today announced the City’s new “Pothole Tracker”, which allows Chicagoans to monitor a week’s worth of pothole patching activity by the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT).
