CHICAGO—(ENEWSPF)—February 27, 2014. The co-founder and president of a defunct mortgage escrow company was indicted on federal fraud charges for allegedly misappropriating more than $500,000 of customer funds for his own personal use, as well as to pay operating expenses of two other businesses.
