CHICAGO ― (ENEWSPF)–April 1, 2015. A West Chicago man was sentenced Monday to the maximum of 10 years in federal prison for transporting a minor for criminal sexual purposes. The defendant, NICACIO JAIMES-MORENO, 52, pled guilty in October 2014, to one count of knowingly transporting a minor interstate with the intent to engage in sexual activity. The defendant has been in federal custody since the filing of charges August 2013.
