CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–February 23, 2011. Governor Pat Quinn today was joined by Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart and representatives from the Illinois Retail Merchants Association to sign legislation that will strengthen the state’s efforts to combat organized retail crime.
