WASHINGTON, DC–(ENEWSPF)–April 13, 2011. U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) announced today that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has awarded a $37,766 grant to the Sauk Village Fire Department, in Sauk Village, Illinois, for recruitment initiatives aimed at increasing the number of frontline firefighters.
