CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–May 4, 2011. Governor Pat Quinn announced today that the state is providing a business investment package to Winpak Portion Packaging, Inc., a leading multi-national packaging manufacturing company. The investment will help the company to build a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sauk Village, creating 40 jobs immediately and potentially more in the future.
