Wisconsin Firm Recalls Cooked Pork Hocks Due To Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen

WASHINGTON–(ENEWSPF)–February 10, 2012–Han Yang Inc., a Milwaukee, Wisc., establishment, is recalling approximately 25,600 pounds of cooked pork hocks because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain wheat, a known allergen, which is not noted on the label.
